Paul is a seasoned consultant and programme manager for digital enterprise-scale initiatives within the Engineering, Energy, Architecture, and Construction industries. He has over 20 years of experience in delivering end-to-end Multi-Million Dollar projects, coordinating the business process design, agile software development cycles, acceptance testing, change management, and building DEVOP teams. He also assists C-Suite leaders with strategic business process improvement, capability reviews, technology and process maturity, and programme workstream development.
Career highlights include an on-time and budget programme management of a complete mission-critical upgrade for 1200 users, delivering CAD, Enterprise PLM, User IT hardware and Server Stack at the UK Defence/Atomic Weapons. The business case and project delivery of server-based remote GPU workstations (VDI) for data security at globally remote sites for Atomic Weapons and Lucy Electric. More recently, Paul has helped AEC companies save $100k+ on their specialist software licenses, working with ARM, JCB, Zaha Hadid, Siemens, Daimler.
Paul has succeeded by taking a consultative approach to engagements, cutting through vendors’ hyperbole and ensuring the end-users are engaged and fully trained in software and processes.
